Product Description

15000W CNC optical fiber laser cutting machine is a complete set of laser cutting equipment. It is composed of fiber laser, chillers, fiber cutting head, cutting machine, control system, water and air system and ventilation system and so on. The whole machine tool is fixed by the workpiece, and the gantry mobile structure is a CNC laser cutting machine with two axes linkage and three axes control. Which X, Y axis linkage to achieve cutting plane feed, Z-axis tracking the workpiece surface floating. X axis and Y axis use AC servo motor to drive rack and rack feed, X axis is double gantry drive; Z axis uses AC servo motor to drive ball screw feed. Laser cutting head, AC servo motor, ball screw, vice guide, reducer, rack and pinion are imported well-known brands. The numerical control system uses the German brand laser special-purpose numerical control system, disposes the specialized cutting control software and the auxiliary programming software.

1. Structure:

The machine tool frame structure is welded by high quality steel plate and steel tube, which have been processed by Vibratory Stress Relief and precision machining by CNC planer type milling machine.

The complete structure has the feature of excellent shake proof capacity and rigidity, stability in high speed running and high accuracy cutting.

2. Cross beam：

Welded structure Vibration aging, light weight and excellent rigidity and dynamic performance.

3. Air distributing System：

Air distributing System adopts centralized control, enable to automatic switch gas type and gas flow. Machine tool has build-in air control system. If client use compressed air as the cutting gas, need buying air compressor, dryer and filter.

4. Cutting Head：

With function of automatic tracking, manual focusing, high-pressure cutting, secondary cooling nozzle. It is stable and reliable performance, easy to use. High voltage and low voltage can be cut, with the height of the non-contact automatic tracking system.

5. Automatic cutting height tracking system

High performance non-contact capacitance height sensor with the gas pressure≥2.5 MPa, has higher tracking accuracy and stability in the process of cutting stainless steel plate, and which can be directly cutting with plastic film.

6. Water Cooler

Enough cooling to all key components ensures the safety operation of the complete machine.

The water cooler is fully automatic controlled with laser source and running without any more operation, good safety protection, over temperature protection function, lack of phase, pressure and water, under voltage, overload protection function. Stable performance, easy to maintain, conform to the requirements of the laser and external cooling of the light path.
