Many China fiber laser cutting machines will have 0.2mm to 0.5mm accuracy difference after half or one year’s running, because

1. Machine table must have annealing treatment for inner stress relief before rough machining and then have secondary vibratory stress relief before fine finishing.

This is to effectively release the stress caused by welding and machining.If these work missed or not 100% done. it is impossible for the machine table to offer long-term stability.

90% of China factories all use same design… welding tube frame as the base of machine.But some choose 12mm, some choose 10mm, 8mm, if the factory put cement inside 8mmtube, the machine can be over 5000kg, actually even 12mm tube cannot make a 3015machine over 5000kg. User hardly knows what they got, but only reply on the supplier’s reputation.

In the Circumstance of Engineer to door service (Payable Service)
01.

Our Engineers will be sent to the site for field installation and commissioning after the laser equipment delivery to User’s end and the User shall provide the unloading of the machine. Accommodation and User’s end local transportation during engineers’ stay shall be provided by the user.

02.

Before installation and commissioning, Riselaser Engineers will open the box, check accessories and technical documents according to the contract quantity and packing list with User;

03.

Our Engineers will bring Light commissioning tools and inspection tools, other universal tools and measuring tools shall be provided by the customer. After installation, Our Engineers will do self-inspection for the Laser Equipment to meet the technical requirements of the contract. Both Party shall conduct acceptance.

04.

The principle of laser cutting involves using a high-energy laser beam for thermal processing of workpieces. The basic principles can be summarized as follows:
1. Laser Generation and Focusing

Firstly, a high-energy laser beam is generated from a laser source such as a CO2 laser or a solid-state laser. This beam is focused using lenses or mirrors to increase its energy density to a level sufficient to achieve significant effects on the workpiece surface.

2. Conversion of Light Energy to Heat

The focused laser beam is directed onto the workpiece surface, where the laser energy is absorbed and rapidly converted into heat.

3. Material Melting and Vaporization

When the energy density of the laser beam is sufficiently high, the material on the workpiece surface heats up rapidly to temperatures that can melt or even vaporize it. For metal materials, melted material can be removed through vaporization or assisted gas blowing.

4. Control of Cutting Process

5. Separation of Finished Product

The laser beam cuts along the predetermined path until the desired shape or size of the part is achieved. As the cutting process progresses, the finished product is separated from the original material.
