Q: What is the welding penetration related to?

A: The welding penetration depth is related to the core diameter of the laser. If the welding depth is required, a laser source with a smaller core diameter can be selected.

Q: How does the welding workpiece not deform?

A: Fast enough welding speed and good fixtures are needed to ensure that the workpiece is clamped firmly, and then it is removed after a period of welding. If you think the workpiece will be deformed, you can reverse the deformation of the workpiece first, and cancel the positive and negative phases.

Q: Does the focus need to be adjusted for welding different materials?

A: The basic hand-held welding is only 1kw~2kw, the focus is recommended to be 0 joules to +2 joules (+2mm), do not adjust too much, choose 0 joules for aluminum alloys, and 0 joules for other materials. The defocused state is the defocused state when welding large and thick plates. The defocused state like +5 +10 +20mm is mainly to avoid welding slag splashing.
