The third-generation medium-power single-mode continuous fiber laser ranges from 50W to 1,000W, the new laser has higher electro-optical conversion efficiency (>30%), higher and more stable optical quality, stronger altitude stress-resisting capacity and it applies optimized second-generation fiber transmission system to ensure more stable and more sophisticated cutting effect in thick sheet cutting. This machine applies to many application scenarios: cutting, welding, holing, medical device processing, etc., with a narrow seam of the cut sheet and bright section. Compared with same lasers, it has obvious advantages.

Product Application

Single module raycus fiber laser source has much better laser beam quality, and its cutting capability is almost same as 2kw laser power. 

Max cutting thickness: 16mm carbon, 6mm SS,  If your main cutting thickness is below 14mm CS, and 5mm SS, 1500W is a more cost-effective option than 2kw power.

But if you want to have stable production on 14--16mm CS plate and 6mm SS, 2kw is a better solution.

Laser power option mainly depends on your main cutting work,  please inquire us before you choose the power, we will be glad to share our experience to you.

1.This raycus fiber laser source has no built-in parts for user maintenance, so all maintenance should be carried out by Raycus technical personnel.

2.In case of any alarm during the use of the product, the technical personnel of Raycus shall be informed in time and troubleshooting shall be carried out.

3.All repair or replacement products must be placed in the original packaging  box provided by Raycus, otherwise any product damage caused by this will not be repaired free of charge by Raycus.

4.When you receive Raycus fiber laser source, please check whether the products are intact in time. If there is any abnormality, please contact the carrier or Raycus in time.
