Automatic YAG mould laser welding machine with chiller is a machine used for processing metal materials with laser. It has a high degree of automation and simple welding process. According to the working mode, it is divided into handheld welding machine, automatic laser welding machine, laser mold welding machine, jewelry laser spot welding machine, optical fiber transmission laser welding machine, etc.
This program is widely used for filler wire repair welding. This solution uses a 200W~400W laser unit with two-dimensional stepless variable speed motion control to achieve large-scale repair welding.For the defects of the mold, it can achieve good filler wire repair welding, reliable connection strength, faster production cycle, good workpiece appearance, convenient operation performance and low processing cost.
