The current of laser marking machine is unstable, sometimes strong and sometimes weak, which will lead to poor processing technology and defective products. In view of this reason, our engineers are conducting special analysis and solving. There are many reasons for the instability and weakness of laser marking force. Our company summarizes the following seven common reasons. Here we list the problems one by one, and then list the solutions in detail.
Common Problem:
Incorrect selection of laser marking machine, main board, wiring board, power supply or control line connection, cooling water circulation system failure will lead to laser marking.
Terms Of Settlement:
1. Remove the control line from the power supply of the laser marking machine, and press the laser power supply's shooting key to analyze whether the power supply or the main board is faulty.
2. Pull the nine core control line to see if there is a loose control line.
3. If the injection is normal, it means that there is no fault in the power supply. Otherwise, if it is abnormal, it means that there is a problem in the power supply.
4. In parameter setting, check whether the laser type is correct.
5. Check whether the water circulation is normal, whether the water flow is free from time to time, and whether there is a problem with the water protector.
In the laser marking machine, the current instability is a common fault. In case of this fault, we must stop the machine in time for inspection, especially the circuit part of the main board.
