1. Abnormal environment use.
General equipment can operate normally under normal environment, but once encountering special environment, you must pay attention to whether the equipment
can operate normally under this environment and the matters needing attention. For example, in the high-temperature and humid environment, when the welding gun laser is in operation, special
attention must be paid to the state of the cooling water pipe. Condensation cannot occur on the pipe, because once the cooling water pipe has a problem, it is easy to damage the laser welding
machine, the power cannot be output normally, and even the luminous function will be lost in serious cases.
2. Check the laser beam quality.
The beam quality of optical fiber transmission laser welding machine is very important for the operation of the equipment. Operators usually use laser dimming paper regularly to check the laser
output spot. If the spot is uneven or the energy drops, it is necessary to adjust the laser resonator and fine tune the spot to ensure the laser beam quality.
3. Normal inspection of optical components.
After the equipment has been running for a period of time, the easily damaged and important parts should be checked. Generally, after two weeks or one cycle of work, the components in the
optical path, such as YAG rod, medium diaphragm and lens protection glass, should be checked before starting up to ensure that there is no dust and other pollution on the optical components.Once there is any abnormal phenomenon, it should be handled in time to avoid damage to the optical components when starting up.
