Finally, strengthen the management of the laser marking machine. During the marking process, the marking pressure shall be frequently detected to ensure the stability of the marking pressure, and the laser marking head shall be frequently checked at the same time. Second, strengthen current control to avoid current overheating caused by power supply voltage fluctuation and laser marking overload. At this time, the workpiece thickness and processing energy shall be detected to avoid marking overload.
Generally speaking, it can be summarized as three factors affecting the effect of laser marking: the selection of marking materials, the selection of laser marking equipment and the selection of power. Therefore, we might as well start from these three points. Choosing the appropriate laser marking machine and appropriate processing materials is the main factor to ensure the normal marking.
