How should we maintain the laser welding machine in the process of its use? 1.Check the optical path assembly of the laser welder

In order to ensure that the laser of the laser welding machine is always in the normal working state, after continuous operation or when it is out of use for a period of time, first check the components in the optical path such as YAG rod, dielectric diaphragm and lens protective glass before starting up, and make sure that all optical components are not contaminated. If there is any pollution, deal with it in time, Ensure that all optical components will not be damaged under strong laser irradiation.

2.Check the conductivity of internal circulating water

The purity of laser cooling technology of cooling water is the key to ensure the laser output efficiency and the service life of laser focusing cavity components. During use, the conductivity of internal circulating water shall be checked once a week to ensure its conductivity. The internal circulating deionized water must be replaced once a month. Observe the color change of the ion exchange column in the cooling system at any time. Once the color of the resin in the exchange column becomes dark brown or even black, replace the resin immediately.

3.Check and adjust the laser cavity

The equipment operator can often check the laser output spot with black image paper. Once it is found that the spot is uneven or the energy decreases, the resonant cavity of the laser shall be adjusted in time to ensure the beam quality of the laser output. Commissioning operators must have the general knowledge of laser safety protection, and must wear special laser protective glasses during work. The adjustment of the laser must be carried out by specially trained personnel, otherwise other components on the optical path will be damaged due to laser misalignment or bias adjustment.
