1. If conditions permit, a separate air-conditioning room should be built for high-power laser. The water cooler and laser should be placed in different spaces. It is strictly forbidden to place the water cooler in the air-conditioning room of laser;
2. The temperature and humidity of the independent space where the laser is placed are lower than 35 ℃ and 60 ℃;
3. It is suggested that the equipment cabinet should be sealed and installed with industrial air conditioner to keep constant temperature and humidity inside the cabinet, which can effectively avoid condensation of laser;
4. When the ambient temperature and humidity are too high, if there is a condensation alarm, no operation is needed, please wait for 15 minutes before the alarm is released and the normal operation can be achieved;
5. The cooling water temperature requirement of QBH interface of laser is relatively loose. The chiller with double temperature and double control can appropriately adjust the set water temperature higher than the dew point, but the set water temperature should not be higher than 30 ℃;
6. Every time you restart the machine, you need to operate according to the correct sequence of switching on and off.
Switch on steps:
(1) Turn on the laser power switch
(2) Run for 15 minutes or more to check the monitoring software, observe the humidity display, and turn on the chiller when the humidity is lower than 50%
(3) Equipment start cutting
Switch off steps:
(1) Turn off the laser
(2) Turn off the water cooler
(3) Turn off the whole machine
Warning: the laser has been shut down and the chiller is still running!
How to deal with laser condensation?
1. If the laser is found to have condensation, it should be shut down immediately;
2. Wipe the condensation water on the shell of the laser, and start the laser after the condensation phenomenon is completely eliminated;
3. Reduce the temperature and humidity of the environment to reach the required area.
