1. Equipment slider wear
When the optical fiber laser cutting machine is used for a long time, some sliders will be worn, and there are some foreign matters in the inner balls, which will cause the guide rail to shake during operation, so there will be serration after processing.
2. Machine parallelism
If the parallelism of the laser cutting machine is not installed properly, the equipment will be unstable during processing, resulting in jitter, and the processed material section will have serrations.
3. Gear problem
When the gear seat of the laser cutting machine is slipping, it will also cause serrations on the processing section.
4. Equipment Vibration
There are two kinds of vibration of the fiber laser cutting machine. One is the vibration of the equipment itself during cutting, which will affect the cutting effect. The other is the problem of external equipment, such as the exhaust fan and water tank, which are placed too close to each other, which will easily cause the equipment to vibrate.
5. The lens is not fixed properly
When the lens of the laser cutting machine is not fixed properly, the lens will shake when the equipment is running, the beam will also vibrate, and the last cutting section will also have serrations.
6. The guide rail is not installed parallel
The guide rails in the Y direction of the laser cutting machine are not installed in parallel, and jamming may occur during the actual processing, and such cutting section may also have serrations.
The above six points are the main reasons for the occurrence of serrations when the laser cutting machine is cutting. In case of sawtooth on the cutting surface, we can press and hold the laser head with our hands to prevent it from shaking. If there is no sawtooth after pressing and holding with our hands, it must be the slider problem; If it still appears, you should check the belt, gear and other accessories. This problem occurs when the new laser cutting machine is just working. It is very likely that it is not installed properly when it is installed, or the control drive and motor are not matched. We can find out the problems according to the actual situation and then solve them in a targeted manner.
