1.Do a good job of testing regularly. For example, check whether the cooling fan rotates smoothly when the welding machine is powered on; Whether there is abnormal vibration, sound and smell; Whether there is gas leakage; Whether there is looseness or peeling in the binding of the joint and insulation of the welding wire; Whether there is abnormal heating in the welded cable and wiring parts.
2.Since the welding machine is forced air-cooled, it is easy to absorb dust from the surrounding and accumulate in the machine. Therefore, we can regularly use clean and dry compressed air to blow and remove the dust inside the welder. Especially the transformer, reactance coil, gap between coil coils and power semiconductor shall be cleaned.
3.Regularly check the wiring parts of power wiring. Check whether the terminal screws at the input side, output side and other terminals, as well as the wiring parts of external wiring and internal wiring are loose. Remove the rust in case of rust to ensure good contact conductivity.
4.The long-term use of the welding machine will inevitably cause the shell to be deformed, rusted and damaged due to collision, and the internal parts will also be worn out. Therefore, during the annual maintenance and inspection, comprehensive repair work such as replacement of defective parts, shell repair and reinforcement of insulation degraded parts shall be carried out. For the replacement of defective parts, it is best to replace all new parts at one time to ensure the performance of the welding machine.
The above regular maintenance and inspection can reduce the occurrence of welding faults. Although it takes some time and energy, it can prolong the service life of the welding machine, improve the operation efficiency, ensure the performance and safety of the welding machine. It is an important content that can not be ignored in welding work.

1.Check and replace the conducting nozzle regularly
As the hole diameter of the worn conductive nozzle becomes larger, it will cause arc instability, weld appearance deterioration or wire sticking (burn back); Splash is stuck on the end of the conductive nozzle, and the wire feeding will become uneven; If the conductive nozzle is not tightened tightly, the threaded connection will be heated and welded to death.
2.Clean and replace the spring hose regularly
After the spring hose is used for a long time, a large amount of iron powder, dust and plating chips of welding wire will be accumulated, which will make the wire feeding unstable. Therefore, regular cleaning is very important. You can curl it and tap it gently to shake off the deposit, and then blow it off with compressed air. The oil dirt on the hose shall be washed in the oil with a brush, and then blown away with compressed air. If the spring hose is wrongly threaded or seriously deformed and bent, replace it with a new hose. When changing the pipe, confirm that it is suitable for the diameter and length of the welding wire used, and there shall be no burrs on the cutting section.
3.Inspection of insulating ferrule
If the insulating ferrule is removed for welding, the spatter will adhere to the nozzle and make the nozzle conductive to the live part. The welding torch may be burned due to short circuit. At the same time, in order to make the protective gas flow out evenly, the insulating ferrule must be installed.
Manual operation and maintenance of handheld welding machine
1.The operator of handheld laser welding machine must receive professional training, understand the purpose of system indicator light and button, and be familiar with the most basic equipment knowledge, safety knowledge and precautions before use.
2.The inspection work trunking of handheld laser welding machine before operation, and the conductor is not damaged and exposed; It is strictly prohibited to place sundries and tools on the robot body, external shaft, gun cleaning station and water cooler.
3.Objects containing liquid (such as water bottles) shall not be placed on the control cabinet; There are no inflammables (such as cotton shoes) in the operation room; The temperature in the operating room shall not exceed 25 ℃; No air leakage or leakage; The thread of welding tooling is not damaged and the robot is not abnormal; There is no magnetic field and vibration source (such as magnet) within the working range of the robot.
