Today, when environmental protection is advocated, laser cleaning machines are characterized by non-contact, no thermal effect and no mechanical force on the surface of the cleaned object. It is widely used in industry. What should be paid attention to when using the laser cleaning machine?
1.Follow the on-off sequence of the machine: turn on the water pump (water cooler) first, then the power switch, and then the laser switch. When shutting down the machine, first turn off the laser switch, then turn off the power switch, and then turn off the water pump (water chiller).
2.Clean the chiller of the laser machine regularly every half a month, drain the internal water of the machine, and then fill it with new purified water (dirty water will affect the lighting effect).
3.It is required to clean regularly and quantitatively every day, remove sundries on the table, stopper and guide rail, and spray lubricating oil on the guide rail.
4.The reflector and focusing lens shall be scrubbed with special cleaning solution every 6-8 hours. When scrubbing, it shall be scrubbed counterclockwise from the center of the focusing lens to the edge with a cotton swab or cotton stick dipped in the cleaning solution. At the same time, care shall be taken to prevent scratching the lens.
5.Cleaning method of exhaust fan and smoke pipe: when there is a large amount of dust during processing, it is necessary to clean the fan, disassemble the outer cover of the fan, scrape the dust on the fan blade and air channel with a thin wooden blade, and then blow the dust with a high-pressure gun. The cleaning method of smoke pipe is the same as that of the exhaust fan.

During the operation of the laser cleaning machine, a large amount of corrosive dust and smoke will be generated during the processing of the machined parts. These smoke and dust will be deposited on the surface of the guide rail and the linear shaft for a long time, which will have a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion spots on the surface of the linear shaft of the guide rail, shortening the service life of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the machine and the processing quality of the products, the daily maintenance of the guide rail and the linear shaft should be done carefully.
