1. Must wear anti radiation glasses, masks and safety protective clothing to ensure the safety production of workers.
2. It is forbidden to use with arc welding machines (argon arc welding, electric welding, carbon dioxide protection welding machine) to prevent current backflow from affecting laser components.
3. The welding joint must not aim at any part of the body during use. Do not place the welding joint on the ground and pay attention to dust prevention at all times.
4. During welding, the bending radius of the optical fiber bellows shall not be less than 20cm to avoid burning the optical fiber.
5. In case of any accident, immediately press the emergency stop button and contact our personnel to reflect the situation.
6. If you temporarily stop working, please click "stop" to enter the standby mode, or if you stop working after work, please click "stop" to enter the standby mode and turn off the equipment.
7. The power supply of the equipment must be turned off when replacing the protective lens or checking the welding joint.
8. The temperature difference between the refrigerator water temperature and the room temperature shall not be greater than 10 degrees! It is recommended to set the water temperature to 26 ℃ - 30 ℃ in summer and 20 ℃ - 22 ℃ in winter. Excessive temperature difference in the cabinet will cause condensation of laser devices, resulting in damage to the laser. Antifreeze measures must be taken when the room temperature is lower than 4 ℃. Ethylene glycol and purified water can be mixed in the proportion of 1:3 and then added into the water tank.
