4. Laser specific cooling system
Patented design, dual circulation cooling, precision temperature control system. The coil structure uses all titanium alloy materials, and the evaporator, water tank, pump body, etc. are made of high-strength non-metallic materials or stainless steel to ensure water quality. The imported low noise jet self priming centrifugal pump circulates pure water to cool the laser. The refrigeration compressor performs secondary circulation cooling of the circulating water.
5. Laser power supply system
The pulse laser power supply for fiber laser welding machine is a special power supply system specifically designed to supply power to pulse xenon lamps. It is generally composed of a charging circuit, an energy storage unit, a discharge circuit, a triggering/pre ignition circuit, a logic control circuit, and an electrical operation circuit.

Charging circuit - Its function is to provide charging power for the large capacity capacitors in the energy storage unit. According to the characteristics of energy storage capacitors, constant current charging is the best charging method. This power supply uses a constant current charging circuit called L-C constant current source, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient control, high reliability, and good constant current characteristics.
