The ink jet printer adopts on-line production without stop, and the production efficiency has reached the industry standard. However, some inkjet printers occasionally have ink blocking the nozzles, which affects the production process.

The non-contact marking used by the ultraviolet laser does not cause any consumption in the middle. The etching process is used, and the graphics and text are not easy to change or fall off, which has a good anti-counterfeiting effect to a certain extent.
Inkjet marking requires the matching of ink cartridge raw materials, and the cost of ink cartridges is inherently high. If it is used for mass production marking of enterprises, it will increase production costs and reduce product profits.
3. Data compatibility
Ultraviolet laser marking uses a remote control computer, with powerful data processing capabilities, a powerful communication interface to obtain a large amount of information, and the proofing text can be changed at will. Inkjet coding is only controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, and the data processing capacity is limited.
4. Saving and environmental protection
The UV laser marking machine uses non-contact marking, there is no consumption in the marking process, no harmful chemical substances to the human body and the environment, and it meets the standards of GB7247-87; GB10320-88, which is an environmentally friendly high-tech product.
Inkjet coding requires toner raw materials, which will easily fade over time and cause certain pollution to the environment.
