1. 3. A large amount of ozone and oxynitride will be produced during laser welding; In particular, the concentration of ozone is far beyond the reference health standards, which has a great impact on human health. Therefore, good ventilation devices shall be provided at the work site to discharge harmful gases and metal dust. In addition, fire prevention equipment, such as sand box, fire extinguisher, fire hydrant, water bucket, etc. must be prepared. Flammables shall not be less than 5m from the welding site. If the specified distance cannot be met, asbestos board, asbestos cloth, etc. can be used to cover properly to prevent sparks from falling into flammable articles. The distance between explosive articles and welding place shall not be less than 10m.
