1. Keep the indoor and machine surfaces clean and tidy, and regularly check whether there is dirt on each optical lens (the period depends on the working environment). If there is dirt, scrub it in case of emergency. Scrubbing method: be very careful when cleaning the lens. Before cleaning the lens, it is strictly prohibited to arbitrarily change the protection circuit and the main components of the laser.
2. It is strictly forbidden to start the laser power supply and Q-switching power supply when there is no water or abnormal water circulation. It is not allowed to work without load (i.e. the output end of Q-switching power supply is suspended). First turn off the galvanometer switch and key switch, and then check. Pay attention to the suspension of the output end (anode) of laser power supply to prevent ignition and breakdown with other electrical appliances.
3. Keep the internal circulating water clean. Clean the water tank of the laser marking machine regularly and replace it with deionized water or pure water. It is not allowed to start other components before the krypton lamp is ignited, so as to prevent high pressure from entering and damaging the components.
4. The laser water cooler is configured to effectively cool the module and Q head of the marking machine to prevent the temperature of the marking machine from being too high. In the process of use, the above matters shall be observed and the laser equipment shall be used correctly, so as to prolong the service life of the equipment and reduce the cost.
