UV laser is a kind of light invisible to the naked eye, with small spot (0.07mm), narrow pulse width, fast speed and high peak output. Local irradiation of the workpiece with laser high-energy laser can gasify the surface material or produce photochemical reaction of color change, leaving a permanent mark. High power, high pulse repetition rate (PRF), pulse shaping and pulse splitting can all contribute to improving the productivity of micromachining.

Industry analysts said that UV lasers are widely used. With the development of downstream 3C industry, the market demand for UV lasers shows a fluctuating growth trend. In terms of products, UV laser products above 10W are favored, while 30W UV laser products have a better development prospect. In terms of market competition, the UV laser market is relatively concentrated, and due to the high entry threshold and downstream replacement cost of the industry, the competition pattern of the UV laser market is relatively stable, and it is difficult for new entrants to expand the market.
