Laser cutting machine preparation before use
1.Before use, check whether the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the machine to avoid unnecessary damage.
2. Check if there are any foreign objects or residues on the machine tool table to avoid affecting normal cutting operations.
3. Check if the cooling water pressure and temperature of the chiller are normal.
4. Check if the cutting auxiliary gas pressure is normal.
Laser cutting machine precautions
1. Do not adjust the position of the cutting head or cutting material during equipment cutting work to avoid laser burns.
2. During the cutting process, the operator needs to constantly observe the cutting process. If there is an emergency, please immediately press the emergency stop button.
3. A portable fire extinguisher should be placed near the equipment to prevent open flames during cutting.
4. Operators need to be aware of the equipment's switch and can promptly turn off the switch in case of emergency.
