What should I do if the fiber laser cutting machine chiller freezes out?
In areas with significant temperature differences, some customers may not have added antifreeze or the chiller may not have drained thoroughly. After starting work, it was found that the chiller had an alarm and was unable to operate.

1.If no water is found to be coming out, turn off the machine immediately and check for any malfunctions. If there is no water coming out and the machine is turned on for a long time, it will cause secondary damage and the internal motor may burn out.
2.Open the doors on both sides of the cabinet and check if the motor, water pump, and water pipes have frozen or cracked.
3.The water pump pipe was found to be very hard and frozen, and the following method was used.
1).Heat the water and slowly cool it.
2).Use a heating machine to slowly heat the water pipe section.
4.Daily maintenance
The working environment of the fiber laser cutting machine chiller is very harsh. To ensure the good performance of this equipment and extend its service life, it is necessary to maintain the equipment once a week. The maintenance work includes but is not limited to the following aspects.
1).Check the condenser, whether there are foreign objects blocking the air duct, and whether the air inlet and outlet around the equipment are unobstructed.
2).Clean the condenser and dust screen.
3).Check the cooling medium for foreign objects and the growth of microorganisms. Generally, replace the cooling medium within 15-20 days, and the cooling medium must be pure water, distilled water, or high-purity water.
4).Check if the water connection is loose and if the water pump is leaking.
5).Check the water tank and clean any dirt that has accumulated inside.
6).Regularly clean the filters in the equipment waterways, usually every 7-10 days.
