Laser engraving is a laser processing process in which high-energy laser beam is projected onto the material surface and clear patterns are generated on the material surface by using the thermal effect produced by laser. It is one of the laser processing methods. Generally speaking, laser engraving processing is generally divided into the following three types according to the processing effect:
1.Laser engraving line processing: it is a processing method that uses laser beam to produce clear line effect on the material surface.
2.Laser engraving filling processing: it is a processing method that uses laser beam to vaporize all the material surface in a specific area to form a concave effect.
3.Laser engraving and hollowing out: it is a processing method that uses the laser beam to vaporize all the materials in a specific area to form a hollowing out effect.

After the processing documents are arranged, the processing position can be selected, and the software can be used to process the speed, strength and accuracy of high-speed processing. In case of image processing, the corresponding grid shall be set. After adjustment, the frame shall be output to determine the position of the workpiece on the table, and then the workpiece shall be placed. After the workpiece is placed, press the output (print) key in the software, and wait for the laser engraving machine to receive the document, After receiving the document, the engraving machine can press the start key to locate the curved red light (red light positioning: open the machine cover before formal processing, press the start key to output the document. At this time, the laser tube does not emit laser, and you can observe whether the processing position is accurate to avoid waste products due to inaccurate positioning), and then press the start key to process.
