1. During operation, the operator of the laser welding machine can often check the laser output spot with black image paper. If the laser spot is uneven or the energy drops, the laser resonator should be adjusted in time to ensure the beam quality of the laser output.
2. The purity of the cooling water is the key to ensure the life and safety of the laser condenser module. The laser welding machine in use should check the conductivity of the internal circulating water once a week to ensure that its conductivity is 30.5mW-cm. The internal circulating deionized water must be replaced once a month. The conductivity of the newly injected pure water must be 32 mW · cm. Observe the color change of the ion exchange column in the cooling system. Once the color of the resin in the exchange column becomes dark brown or even black, replace the resin immediately.
3. In order to ensure that the laser welding machine is always in normal working condition, after three weeks of continuous operation or when it is not used for a period of time, the components in the optical path such as YAG rod, media diaphragm and lens protection glass should be checked before starting up to ensure that each optical component is free of dust contamination, mildew and other abnormal phenomena. If there are any of the above phenomena, they should be handled in a timely manner to ensure that each optical component will not be damaged under strong laser irradiation.
