Laser welding machines have become standard equipment for high-end industrial manufacturers, so how should we maintain the laser welding machine during its operation?

1.Eliminate operation under adverse conditions
General machinery and equipment can operate normally under normal conditions, but once encountering special conditions, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the machinery and equipment can operate under these conditions and the precautions to be taken. If in a high temperature and humid environment, when the welding gun laser is in operation, it is necessary to pay attention to the condition of the cooling water pipeline and avoid condensation on the pipeline. Once the cooling water pipeline has problems, it is easy to cause damage to the laser welding machine, and the power cannot be output normally. In severe cases, it may also lose the luminous function.
2.Regularly inspect optical components
Machine equipment should be inspected for vulnerable and important components after a period of operation, usually lasting for two weeks or one working cycle. Before starting up, components in the optical path such as YAG rods, dielectric membranes, and lens protection glass should be inspected to ensure that there is no dust or other pollution on the optical components. Any abnormal situations should be dealt with promptly to avoid damage to the optical components during startup.
3.Check the quality of the laser beam on time
The quality of the laser beam in a laser welding machine is crucial for the operation of the machine equipment. Operators usually use laser dimming paper to regularly check the condition of the laser output spot. If the spot is uneven or the energy drops, it is necessary to adjust the resonant cavity of the optical device and fine tune the spot to ensure the quality of the laser beam.
