What Are Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Startup Sequence?

Fiber laser is the core equipment of fiber laser cutting machine. Failure has a great impact on the use of the whole machine. One of the main reasons for the failure of fiber laser power supply is the internal condensation of the laser. The internal condensation of municipal fiber laser is closely related to the daily bad habits of customers operating and using fiber laser.

In order to reduce the failure rate of fiber laser and reduce the loss to customers caused by the shutdown of fiber laser cutting machine, attention should be paid to when using fiber laser cutting machine.

Optical fiber laser cutting machine startup sequence

1.Check whether there are objects affecting the safe operation within the operation range of the machine tool;

2.Turn on the main power switch and each branch control power switch of the optical fiber laser cutting machine;

3.Turn on the voltage regulator and check whether the operation state of the voltage regulator is normal;

4.Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser, and then start the key switch to let the fiber laser run with its own air conditioner or internal desuperheater for more than 30 minutes;

5.Turn on the air compressor when the power switch of the fiber laser operates for 20 minutes, and check whether the operation state of the air compressor is normal;

6.Open the air circuit control valve, open the cold dryer, and check whether the cold dryer operates normally and whether the air pressure is normal;

7.According to the cutting needs, open the cutting auxiliary gas control valve and check whether the cutting auxiliary gas pressure is normal;

8.Turn on the power switch of the machine tool, press the power on button to start the machine tool control system, and the machine tool returns to the original point after the control system starts normally;

9.Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser for more than 30 minutes, and then turn on the chiller to check whether the operation state of the chiller is normal;

10.When the actual temperature of the high and low temperature water of the chiller reaches the set temperature difference of one degree, apply high voltage to the fiber laser and check whether the operation state of the fiber laser is normal;

11.Turn on the exhaust fan or dust collector, check whether the operation state of the exhaust fan or dust collector is normal, and the optical fiber laser cutting machine enters the state to be cut.
