Precautions for daily maintenance of laser cutting machine:
Laser and laser cutting machine need daily cleaning, keep clean and tidy.
Check whether the X, y and Z axis of the machine tool can return to the origin. If not, check whether the position of the origin switch is offset.
The drag chain of laser cutting machine should be cleaned.
Clean up the stickies on the filter screen of the air outlet in time to ensure the smooth ventilation pipeline.
The laser cutting nozzle should be cleaned every 1 hour and replaced every 2-3 months.
Clean the focusing lens, keep the surface of the lens free of residue, and replace it every 2-3 months.
Check the temperature of cooling water. The temperature of laser water inlet should be kept between 19 ℃ and 22 ℃.
Clean the dust on the radiator of water cooler and freeze dryer, and remove the dust to ensure the heat dissipation efficiency.
Frequently inspect the working state of the voltage regulator and monitor whether the input and output voltage are normal.
Monitor and check whether the switch of laser mechanical shutter is normal.
The auxiliary gas is high-pressure gas. Pay attention to the surrounding environment and personal safety when using gas.
Laser cutting machine on off sequence:
a.) Start up: turn on the gas, water cooling unit, cold dryer, air compressor, main machine, laser (Note: start the low pressure first and then start the laser, commonly known as high pressure) when conditions permit, bake the machine for 10 minutes.
b.) Shut down: first high pressure, then low pressure, in the turbine no sound stop rotating, and then turn off the laser. Secondly, the water cooling unit, air compressor, gas cooler, dryer and main engine can be left behind, and then the voltage stabilizing cabinet can be closed.
