For example, in the process of laser cutting, the parameters are set well, but there are still cutting errors. 1. The product itself has geometric error. For example, the processing product is uneven or the surface is with small particle residue. The cutting process is set with plane plate cutting data by default. If the product surface is uneven, the heating may be uneven in different areas, and the sheet surface will be overheated and melted, and the thick plate surface may not be penetrated. Because of the uneven surface, the laser focus changes randomly with the position and ideal position of the surface of the processed object.
2. In the process of fiber laser cutting machine, the machining path of complex surface is fitted with straight line and arc. There is error between fitting curve and actual curve. These errors lead to errors between the relative position of the actual focus and the surface of the processing object and the ideal programming position.
3. The actual thickness of the material is beyond the cutting range. For example, the 1500W power equipment can cut 12mm thick carbon steel plate at most. Now, if the 14mm carbon steel plate is cut by force, even if it can be cut through, there will be error or slag hanging at the bottom. Therefore, before cutting, it is necessary to determine the thickness of the plate and the thickness that the equipment can actually cut, and the quality precision beyond the cutting range cannot be guaranteed.
4. In the cutting process of fiber laser cutting machine, the error of focus position will also lead to the error of cutting. Many factors will change the relative position of the focus and the product surface, which will also affect the accuracy of the processed products. For example, the clamping mode of the fixture, the horizontal degree of the machine itself, the wear degree of the rack of the bed, etc. Check before cutting to reduce the error.
