It is resonated by the total reflection and half reflection diaphragms, and then input to the optical fiber through the beam splitter and shutter. Finally, the laser is focused to a point. The power density on the focal plane can reach 105-1013 w / cm2. Laser welding machine works by using the excellent directivity and high power density of laser beam. The laser beam is concentrated in a small area through the optical system, and in a very short time, a local heat source area with high energy concentration is formed at the welded place, so that the welded object is melted and a solid welding spot and weld seam are formed.
