1.Laser processing principles
Laser has the characteristics of high energy, high brightness, and high directionality. Laser cutting belongs to the category of thermal processing, mainly using focused high-power density laser to irradiate the workpiece. The irradiated material rapidly vaporizes, melts, and ablates. With the help of high-speed airflow coaxial with the beam, this part of the residue is blown away, thus achieving the result of cutting the material.

2.Continuous laser and pulsed laser
Continuous laser: No interval, continuous beam, continuously maintaining maximum power operation.
Pulse laser: A beam of light with intervals occurs, resulting in a higher peak power compared to a continuous beam of the same power.
3.How pulse width affects processing effect
Pulse width is the duration of a pulse. The shorter the pulse, the higher the peak power, the shorter the contact time with the material, the greater the force, the cleaner the processing effect, the smaller the thermal impact, the higher the accuracy, and the faster, more accurate the cutting effect.
