Handheld laser welding machine maintenance
First of all, it is particularly important to note that when inspecting the internal or external connector terminals of the welding machine, the input power switch must be turned off before implementation.
1.Do a good job of testing regularly. For example, check whether the cooling fan rotates smoothly when the welding machine is powered on; Whether there is abnormal vibration, sound and smell; Whether there is gas leakage; Whether the joint and insulation of the welding wire are loose or peeled off; Check whether there is abnormal heating phenomenon in the welding cable and wiring parts.
2.Because the welding machine is forced air-cooled, it is easy to inhale dust from the surrounding and store it in the machine. Therefore, we can regularly use clean and dry compressed air to purge the accumulated dust inside the welding machine. In particular, the gap between transformers, reactance coils and coil coils and power semiconductors should be cleaned.
3.Regularly check the connection position of power wiring. Check whether the connection screws of the terminals at the input side and output side, as well as the connection parts of the external wiring and the connection parts of the internal wiring are loose, and remove the rust to make the contact conductive.
4.The long-term use of the welding machine will inevitably cause the shell to be deformed and rusted and damaged, and the internal parts will also be worn away. Therefore, during the annual maintenance and inspection, it is necessary to carry out the comprehensive repair work such as the replacement of defective parts and the repair of the shell and the reinforcement of the insulation deteriorated parts. It is better to replace defective parts with new ones at one time during maintenance to ensure the performance of the welding machine.
The above regular maintenance and inspection can reduce the occurrence of welding faults. Although it takes some time and energy, it can prolong the life of the welding machine, improve the efficiency of operation, ensure the performance of the welding machine and improve the safety.
