2. Analyze the causes according to the phenomenon. Generally speaking, if the welding machine has poor processing, there may be material problems, which need to be solved by changing the material or changing the waveform of the laser welding machine after checking the material quality; If the same part of the welding machine product has continuous welding machine defects, it is likely that there is a problem with the workbench and fixture; If there is welding penetration and faulty welding occasionally, you can check the energy stability of the welding machine or whether there is a problem with the workbench and fixture.
3. Strengthen the quality assurance management of welding machines. In the process of welding machine, firstly, the pressure of welding machine should be tested with pressure tester to keep the pressure unchanged, and at the same time, the action condition of welding machine head should be checked frequently; Second, we should strengthen the monitoring of current to avoid the fluctuation of power supply voltage, overheating caused by overload operation of welding machine, reduction of current output caused by poor contact of workpiece, poor performance of welding machine and other problems; Third, the changes of workpiece thickness, coating thickness, metal composition, etc. should be considered to avoid the occurrence of defective products of the welding machine.
